Target isn’t only a place I love to spend time roaming up + down the aisles. I love their seasonal collections, and summer is better than ever. One thing that has caught my eye is the basic pieces like the midi t-shirt dresses, the plain v-neck shirts, and cotton shorts that feel like pajamas. They make creating outfits so much fun + easy to do!

I also love the color palette they’ve introduced this year…we’ll be seeing a lot of light green, pretty browns, yellow tones, and of course plenty of white. Another thing I’ve noticed is while Target is trying to keep everyday basics on-trend the ruffle detail is still sticking around for all my girls who like a feminine touch. Eyelet is also staying for the rest of the season which I’m not bothered by because it’s so darn cute to style. Fun fun fun…
Soft loungewear at Target
The green shorts I’m featuring in today’s post feel like butter. They almost feel like pajamas they’re so soft. They also come in a few other colors and I’m thinking about grabbing the vintage blue color. I would size down as they do stretch out a bit after wearing them for a while. If you haven’t already you need to snag a few of the $8 v-neck tees – they should be loungewear they so comfy!! Let’s just say I’ve stocked up on those because they make a perfect closet staple all throughout the year.
