Hey guys!! Today, I wanted to share a special post on a company that reached out for a pajama collaboration. I love pajamas and when Jijamas touched base I was super curious + excited. If you’ve been following me for a while you know how I adore loungewear. Especially, since I work from home it is quite conducive to my work environment. 
Just a little back story about Jijamas, it is a company that was started by a couple in Manhattan. They met + fell madly in love and had two little girls. They were so convinced their daughter’s pajamas were the main reason they got such good sleep. They were warm, super soft, and cozy made with Pima cotton. That’s when the idea of Jijamas flourished, they dove in deep to research all of the textiles to make the perfect “adult” pajamas. After long days + nights of hard work, they made a decision to also construct their pajama line with Pima Cotton.

Pima cotton vs cotton: For those who like numbers, Pima cotton fibers measure between 1.4 to 2 inches in length, while conventional cotton fibers measure up to 1.1 inches long. Pima cotton fabric comes out softer and more durable than if it were made from shorter staple cotton.
When I first received the package from Jijamas, it was so beautifully wrapped in white tissue and the pajamas were perfectly folded. You could smell the newness right from the opening of the package. It’s like when you first step foot in the mall – that first scent you get of new clothes and fresh cologne. My favorite!
You can only imagine that I will be ordering more of these luxurious pajamas. They come in sets that make great gifts to anyone for any reason. They are super duper soft and the quality is amazing, not see-through at all which allows you to walk around the house in comfort and style. If you are like me and work from home this is makes the perfect work uniform. I would even say stylish enough to run into the grocery store to quickly grab some essentials. You can wear them to bed or to lounge in all day long. I’m obsessed. For sure, my family members will be receiving a pair because they also come in men’s styles too! I can already see my Christmas list being marked off as I am typing this post.
