7 Fall Looks for Less

Fall is here you guys!!  I know I live in Florida and we don’t get much of a fall season like many of you up north.  I will admit, last year was pretty brutal being that it was still in the ’90s in October + November.  Already this year I am feeling the crisp cool evening breezes and we are at the beginning of October.  I have always heard that Florida has the most dreamy evenings + sunsets.  I have to agree because this time of the year (as of late) has been amazing.  Call me crazy but I get the butterflies in my stomach and I get so creative with my blog posts + I can execute a great room re-do in no time.  That is what the fall season does to me.  Todd also tells me that I am a completely different person.  If anyone can attest to that, he sure can.

I have rounded up some really simple + affordable fall looks for you.  On Instagram, we refer them to “OOTD’s”.  Which stand for outfit of the day, OOTD.  I linked all outfit details at the end of each photo for your convenience. Happy Fall!

This dress from the brand Leith is a hot commodity.  It comes in a variety of colors, the price is affordable and it always sells out because of its versatility.  I paired it here with the most adorable croc print booties.  If you want a perfect staple for the fall season, I would invest in a pair of booties + over the knee boots.  You’ll be set all season and they’ll still be great in the winter too.

Blazers are a must-have this season as it is one of the biggest trends.  This one, in particular, I snagged from Marshalls for about $40.  I have linked some really good one and some are on sale in limited sizes.  Make sure to check those out.  I used a layering technique with a cami + lace bralette.  Layering gives texture + brings attention to the eye.  This created balance and overall makes the ootd look amazing.  Affordable tip: Every season, I invest in a pair of really good quality jeans that are super flattering on my body type – the jeans are on repeat all season.

Amazon is a great place to shop seasonal pieces for your wardrobe.  Here in this picture, this dress is under $20 and comes in a variety of colors.  This mango color is a perfect fall color which is why I chose it.  I paired it with a bright-colored statement earring and neutral heels by Jeffery Cambell.

Graphic tees have also made a comeback and that really makes me happy.  The real show stopper here is these fabulous OTK (over the knee boots)!  They are the most comfortable and the heel is just the perfect height.  They are a faux suede in cognac which allows you to worry less about them being waterproof.  You also save money from having to purchase all the waterproofing supplies.

A classic button-down shirt is a staple in my closet every season.  In this look, I’ve paired a simple set of real suede booties which are by far my best friends for those days where I’ll be putting in lots of steps.

A tunic is also nice to have because it is long enough to cover the bum.  Especially, if it has a high-low design it gives the illusion of longer legs.  Did you know that?  I also recommend you try these faux leather leggings.  They are a little bit of an investment but totally worth the price.  You can also dress them up + down depending on the occasion.  The leopard headband is a good idea for third-day hair.  I bought a six-pack of these and you better believe they come in handy.

Another highly sought out trend this fall is animal print.  I love it!  Here I am wearing snakeskin booties that go well with outfit inspiration.  When it comes to animal print I believe it an play as a neutral.  I’ve seen so many of my fellow bloggers who style animal print with just about anything.  Guess what?? It all looks fabulous!  To have the confidence to go out in public wearing animal print is a different story.  It is quite a statement piece.  You got this!
