What is your Fitness Goal for the Week???
Hey Everyone, so I know summer is right around the corner which only means bikinis, sun exposure, and fun times with family & friends. Well, at least that is what I’m thinking. As we all may know a big factor in self image is how we feel about ourselves both inside & out. Right? It’s all about what we eat, how often we exercise, and our attitude about the changes we want to make in our lives. I will be the first to say, it is not easy to make big changes in your life let alone sticking to them. That is why it is important to make a visual plan, by that, I mean, write it down and put it somewhere you can see it. That way your goal is always in front of you. To start things off on a good note I’d though it would be great to share my weekly fitness plan & goal. It’s nothing too crazy, just a little muscle confusion, toning, and lots of cardio. If you would like to know my meal plan for this week just send me a message and I will be happy to share that as well.
Here it goes:
Week goal: Get more cardio in this week, and try to fit Bikram Yoga in at least one day.
Monday: Zumba Fitness – 1 hour; Zumba Core/Abs – 20 minutes, Everyone has heard of Zumba! = 1.20 total workout
Tuesday: Pilates Barre Class – 1 hour 15 minutes. This Barre class incorporates pilates techniques, ballet movement, abs/core, and lots of stretching.
Wednesday: Cycling class- 1 hour
Thursday: Pilates Reformer Class – 1 hour 15 minutes. This class is great for toning, and elongating your muscles. After dinner – 3 mile walk in the neighborhood – 1 hour = Total for the day 2.15
Friday: Bikram Yoga – 1 hour 30 minutes. This class is great for stress relief, stretching your muscles, and burns lots of calories at the same time helps with toning.
Saturday & Sunday: I take these days to relax with the family, and believe it or not, keeping up with them is enough exercise for both days.
